Braces in Detail

Metal Braces
Metal braces, a prevalent orthodontic intervention, comprise affixed metal brackets to each tooth, interconnected by wires. This method entails periodic adjustments, involving wire tightening to progressively align teeth. Renowned for durability, metal braces facilitate diverse orthodontic movements.
Maintaining optimal oral hygiene is imperative, although it can pose challenges. Rigorous brushing and flossing are crucial to mitigate plaque accumulation.
Adhering to orthodontist guidelines and attending scheduled appointments ensures optimal outcomes in achieving dental alignment goals.
Ceramic / Cosmetic Braces
Ceramic and cosmetic braces offer a discreet and aesthetically pleasing orthodontic solution. Composed of clear or tooth-coloured brackets and wires, they seamlessly blend with the natural tooth colour, providing a subtle alternative for those desiring inconspicuous orthodontic correction.
Despite functioning similarly to traditional braces, their cosmetic appeal and efficacy in addressing misalignment make them an attractive option.
Clear Aligners
No metal, no wires - straight teeth the hassle-free way.
